Stewardship

During the month of October, you will see some items in your mailbox and in your church bulletin, relating to that one word that pains us all - “stewardship”. I want to encourage you to prayerfully consider where and what God is leading you to do with your time, talents, and finances in 2021. We have plenty of places for everyone to serve, in worship, fellowship, and the community. Groups that currently need folks to step up include ushers, altar guild, and worship assistants. We also have a need for nursery workers, as God has blessed us with new additions and more on the way. Finally, we will be preparing the 2021 budget to bring to the congregation in November, and it is helpful to have an idea of what God is leading us to give so that we can have an accurate picture of what we can do. “From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.” Luke 12:48
